I will use my e-portfolio to showcase my work and skills to future employers. I view an e-portfolio as a key asset in my professional journey, as it showcases my skills and experiences to future employers. The e-portfolio facilitates my growth through double-loop learning. For those unfamiliar, double-loop learning involves reflecting on and improving my own work. By regularly reviewing my work after some time has passed, I am able to assess how I might enhance previous work, leading to continuous personal and professional development.
By creating an e-portfolio I will be able to secure a specific job. How? Because I will be providing my employer with a polished presentation of my skills, experiences, and accomplishments, the e-portfolio will enable me to effectively demonstrate my qualifications and suitability for the role.
Even though I will be using my e-portfolio to increase my job prospects, it could also serve as a valuable resource for my classmates/co-workers. By viewing my portfolio, they might gain insights and inspiration of possible items or "things" to include in their own e-portfolios, broadening their perspective on effective presentation and content. Sometimes you gain ideas from others works.
